Photo booth hire in Ibiza usually means a plastic booth, party props and a strip of photos with a logo. We do the opposite. Every print design is drawn from scratch for your wedding, the backdrop is chosen to suit the architecture of the venue, and the props are reduced to a few elegant pieces that photograph well. The team wears black, sets up before the guests arrive and stays for the service, without taking over the room. The result is a set of studio-quality photographs your guests take home, printed, on the night.
Every wedding on the island has its own character. A dinner under the juniper trees in the north near Sant Joan is nothing like a beach party in Platja d'en Bossa or an intimate celebration at a finca in Santa Gertrudis. We shoot with a professional DSLR camera mounted vertically for full-length portraits, studio lighting and a dye-sublimation printer that delivers every photograph in under ten seconds. Prints come as a classic 5 × 15 cm strip or a 10 × 15 cm postcard, and each guest chooses their format on the spot.
Every capture of the night is uploaded to a private high-resolution gallery that we share with you the following morning, ready to send to guests who have already flown home. With the Signature and Prestige packages, the guest book with the night's photographs is handed to you in person as the service ends.

Editorial open-air photo booth
No enclosed booth, no limits on space. A backdrop designed for your wedding, studio lighting and room for large groups. It is the most sociable format and the most popular for outdoor weddings in Ibiza, where the cocktail hour stretches into the sunset. The backdrop can be linen, fresh flowers or a plain tone that speaks to your colour palette.
Video booth
Guests leave a video message, with lighting and a teleprompter. It is not the photo booth. The fee is the one published on this page, and the hours do not change it.
360 photo booth in Ibiza
A rotating platform with a high-speed camera that records slow-motion video from every angle. Room for up to four people, its own lighting for evening parties and instant delivery of each video by QR code so guests can share it straight away. It is the most cinematic format we offer and the one that works best once dinner gives way to the party.
Audio guest book: a guest book in your guests' own voices
A vintage telephone, in black or ivory, placed in a carefully styled corner of the wedding. Guests pick up the receiver, hear your welcome message and leave their own. The next day you receive every recording in a private gallery. It is the most emotional keepsake we offer and an elegant alternative to the traditional guest book, especially at weddings where guests arrive from several countries.
Unplugged weddings
For couples who want a phone-free ceremony and complete privacy over their photographs. We offer organised phone storage during the ceremony and dinner, and password-protected galleries that only you decide who to share with.
Every format is available with any of the three packages. During the first consultation we advise you, together with your wedding planner if you have one, on which option best suits the space, the light and the flow of your wedding in Ibiza.

Formentera is the beach wedding at its purest: ceremonies at Cala Saona, dinners in Es Pujols or Migjorn and parties under a sky with no city lights. Bringing a photo booth to the island takes planning, and we take care of all of it. We travel on the ferry from Ibiza port with the equipment packed, arrive with ample time for set-up and coordinate timings with your planner and the venue.
All our formats run on their own lighting, so we can set up on a terrace, next to the sand or in a garden without relying on the venue's power supply. The team works to the same standards as in Ibiza: dressed in black, discreet set-up and a constant presence throughout the service. Travel to Formentera is quoted separately depending on the date and the format chosen, and is itemised in your proposal.

Most of the weddings we serve in Ibiza bring together guests from the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and France. Our team works in English and Spanish, print designs are prepared in your language, and the on-screen instructions for the audio guest book can be shown in several languages. We work regularly with Ibiza wedding planners and fit into their schedule and run sheet.

Wedding photo booth hire in Ibiza: your questions answered
How far in advance should we book a photo booth for our Ibiza wedding?
We recommend checking availability six to nine months before the wedding. The Ibiza wedding season runs from May to October, and for June, September and Saturdays in July, write several months ahead. Outside the season there is much more availability.
Do you cover weddings in Formentera?
Yes. We travel to Formentera by ferry with all the equipment and arrive with time to spare for set-up. Every format runs on its own lighting, so we can install on terraces and beachside spaces. Travel is itemised separately in the proposal.
Can you set up at a private villa or outdoors?
Yes. Most Ibiza weddings take place in villas and outdoor spaces. We only need a flat area of roughly three by three metres, sheltered from the wind, and a nearby power socket. The 360 platform needs firm ground. Before the wedding we review the space with you or with your planner.
Which print formats do you offer?
A classic 5 × 15 cm strip with two or four poses, or a 10 × 15 cm postcard with a single photograph. Each guest chooses their format on the spot. The print design is created from scratch with your names, the date and the graphic style of your wedding stationery.
Are prints unlimited?
Yes, with every package. Each guest can print without limit during the hours booked. All photographs are also uploaded to a private digital gallery that you receive the following morning.
What is an audio guest book?
A vintage telephone on which guests leave voice messages for the couple. When they pick up the receiver they hear your recorded greeting and then leave their own. The next day you receive every recording. It is the most emotional alternative to a traditional guest book and is available as a main format or alongside the photo booth.
Do you have a 360 booth in Ibiza?
Yes. The 360 platform records slow-motion video from every angle for up to four people and delivers the video instantly by QR code. It can be added to the photo booth service.
Does the team speak English?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and the designs and on-screen instructions are prepared in the language of the couple and their guests. We regularly work with wedding planners and with couples organising their wedding from outside Spain.
How do we book and pay?
After your enquiry we send a personalised proposal within 24 hours. Your date is secured with a deposit and the balance is paid before the wedding. The whole process is handled remotely by email or WhatsApp.
Do you work with Ibiza wedding planners?
Yes, and we prefer it. We coordinate timings, location and set-up directly with the planner so the photo booth fits the run of the day without getting in the way of the caterer, the photographer or the music.
